Program: Transparency and responsibility of processes and Their actors   Goal: Increasing the public awareness of the citizens for the need and advantages of their involvement in the decision-making process as equal holders of democracy   Projects:   The campaign ”Domestic monitoring of the parliamentary elections 2002” was an opportunity to involve citizens as active participants in the election process in order to contribute for fair transparent elections. Monitoring the by-elections for mayors 2003, confirmation for request of the citizens for domestic election monitoring.
