Conference:
Strengthening the cooperation between the Parliament and
NGO’s
The
goal of the conference
was to find ways for more active mutual cooperation and to
establish ways of mutual communication. NGO offered possible
solutions for the problems during communication with the
elected officials and the members of Parliament gave their
own opinions about the advantages and profits of this
cooperation.
This kind
of approach contributes for the members of parliament and
the representative of NGOs finally to come up with
recommendation for the future activities of the civil sector
in R.Macedonia.
A total of 37representatives of NGO’s from the country and
15 members of the Parliament of R.Macedonia participated on
the conference. During the work of the conference, several
methods were used that contributed for more effective
solutions to intensify the cooperation.
Representatives
of NGOs and MP’s of the Parliament
of Republic of Macedonia opened a dialogue to identify
possible ways of improving the cooperation between them.
